It has come to my attention that there were challenges in the handling of my property evaluation by Broker Christopher DeChristopher of DeChristopher Properties Real Estate. Despite purported experience spanning 31 years, Mr. DeChristopher was unable to provide accurate comparables for my property, instead referencing properties located outside of the local area. This oversight suggests a lack of familiarity with the region and raises concerns regarding the thoroughness of his due diligence. The absence of local market knowledge and professionalism displayed in this instance compels me to share this experience. Coupled with this information, I would not trust this broker for my real estate transaction. It is fundamental for realtors to adeptly provide property comparables and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate landscape. Failure to meet these standards reflects poorly on the efforts exerted by Mr. DeChristopher in fulfilling his duties.
