Just finished up a building project with Kevin. I am very pleased with how simple and smooth the process was. I gave him my requirements and napkin sketches and in 1 revision we had a final drawing that I was more than happy with as he was able to take advantage of the space constraints better than I could've imagined while adding extra features that really made the space more user friendly, practical and aesthetically pleasing. Being that this was my first building experience he patiently helped me through the process and included many things in the drawings that I did not yet consider. He made himself available throughout the whole building process which was very helpful for me and my contractors to keep the job on schedule. I highly recommend these guys!

Do not hire this company!!! This company is a total rip off they bill you for absolutely ridiculous things and I feel when our contracted a job and they make a mistake on drawing It and it's not approved by the county they should be fully responsible. They tried to bill me $500 for something that was their fault. Do not hire especially Kevin. I think Dean is OK but Kevin I do not recommend him to Anyone

Kevin Davis is hands down your go to architect! He exudes professionalism. His dedication to detail and knowledge of current regulation made design concept and permit process a breeze. Kevin was always prompt to respond to emails or phone calls, kept all parties well informed, and produced top quality architectural drawings without frivolous billing.
I look forward to my next project with Dean Camlin & Associates.
