We recently hired DDL Construction to renovate all three levels of our home. The work included two bathrooms, all new flooring and painting throughout the entire home, and adding a room in our basement. From start to finish, the experience was incredible.

Everyone at DDL Construction was not only professional but also incredibly hardworking. They were attentive to every detail, ensuring the work was done to perfection. They went above and beyond by helping out with small additional tasks without a large impact to the cost, which truly exceeded our expectations.

The staff were respectful of our space and always made sure we were satisfied with the progress. Communication was clear throughout the entire project, and we felt completely confident in their ability to transform our home.

David, Javier, and the whole DDL team were great and I highly recommend them. They are hard-working, honest, and very reliable. I interviewed several companies but DDL offered the best pricing and availability. We needed renovations done to our hall bathroom and laundry room. They were open and transparent about the pricing and the work they would do, and there we're no surprises. They also have great integrity and they did not try to nickel and dime us with everything. In fact, there were couple things I asked about that were outside of the project and although they could've charged us, they just took care of it. For example, we had a leaky faucet in our powder room but David just said that if I get the faucet, then they would just go ahead and install it, which they did. We are very happy with the DDL team and again would highly recommend them for your next home improvement/reno project!

I usually don't write reviews but i'm compelled to inform the public and homeowners about my exceptionally positive experience from DDL Construction!

Absolutely speechless at the quality of work, expertise, persistence/diligence shown by David and his wonderful team! Our tricky project took less than two days(beginning with the first phone call, then the very thorough estimate, and finally, job completion)!

Very responsive and prompt response in regards to request for service. When they showed up to our home, they were super respectful and and attentive to our every concern as It related to our project!

Their prices are super competitive for the plethora of services being offered! They even offered to lift/transport/recycle our old appliance without being asked(and they did this through an extremely tricky staircase, "patio/balcony", and uneven terrain). They cleaned the space, reset furniture, made efficient modifications to our home, expertly reset drywall and other patches not related to the job, and even took off their shoes for our carpet so they wouldn't track in dirt/mud etc.

His team answered any and all the questions i had. They then assured me that I shouldn't worry and should to let them handle every concern from start to finish and then some!

DDL Construction went ABOVE and BEYOND (literally) to get the job done well ahead of schedule, and well within budget! They don't give up... our original (lazy) appliance technicians did half the work and gave up at first sign of difficulty. David and his team, toiled through the elements (mainly rain, which was pretty impressive in Itself) and used some ingenious techniques to modify various elevated entrances/opening to allow our appliance safely through into our home when the first option didn't work).

We will not hesitate to employ their services for future projects for our new home! Satisfied is an understatement!
