Cheapskate slum lord landlord Has no problem taking your money. Junkyard repair work at best. Frig was replaced with one from his warehouse & brought to me molded & bugs that took me 2 days of gagging to clean. Has ignored major repairs for months that are causing structural damage. He doesn't care. He wants it to get bad enough so I'll leave. I can backup everything I say & More. Just too much negligence to write. He takes advantage knowing Im disabled & don't have family help and can't just up & move. So he thinks he can get away with whatever.
Don't rent anything from him.

This man is a slum Lord! He try to get away with not fixing or keeping up repares to his property and real house gets out of inspection for the cods of Gadsden has money to pay off inspection (some) then after u live there he trys to go up on ur rent poor people be ware

Cut all the corners possible. Do NOT buy a home developed by these guys. They do everything half a** and take zero responsibility once they sell. Terribly unresponsive and unprofessional.
