Dawn is the very best realtor I have ever used. This was our 5th move in 45 years. She was so attentive, and watched every detail for us. I'm writing this review from a different perspective.
I'm actually a home inspector and therefore I deal a lot with Real Estate professionals, buyers and sellers daily.
Having dealt with many types of Realtors, buyers and sellers I truly feel I know a good vs a great agent as I get to hear it from multiple sides of the transaction.
Dawn is one of those GREAT Realtors and everyone of her client(s) express that to me during the buying process.
Dawn isn't one of those type that would ever tell me "don't ruin this deal" or something similar. (Trust me I've dealt with those "professionals").
I've had the privilege to work with Dawn on multiple transactions, not once has she ever been bummed or disappointed if a buyer(s) decides to back out of the deal as that does happen for one reason or another occasionally, as that typically means back to showing more homes and more work for everyone involved.
Having a Real Estate Professional such as Dawn Dalby on your side who truly cares and listens to your life goals, family needs and budget is almost rare in today's fast moving industry.
You won't be disappointed having Dawn part of your team, she is truly one of Northern Utah's best. Although she'll never brag about her expertise and level of professionalism I figured I'd spend a minute sharing my personal experiences I've seen first hand from a outside perspective.

I couldn’t have picked a better agent/friend. Dawn went over and beyond to make this journey of selling my house as smooth as possible. Since it was my first experience I had a lot of questions to ask. She was very patient with me. She solved a lot of the issues that came up. Living away from Utah was not easy but she assured me that everything will be great at the end. She delivered and more. I wish there is more than 5 stars to give.
