My husband and I spent the last 5 yrs looking for the perfect house…one that checked off EVERY box on our “wants, wishes and must-haves” list. We were told to reconsider our list by friends but we didn’t want to! Well, over a year ago, my husband was connected to David when he requested info on a house. And since then, David has reached out regularly to see how he can help us find what we were looking for, sent us possible listings and took a genuine interest in finding us THE house. We did it! We just closed on the perfect house, the one that checked off every single box!
David was amazing to work with. He was patient and supportive, invested in finding THE house, so helpful throughout every part of the process, accessible and informative when we had questions needing annswered, knowledgeable, and just a great person to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a house in the NOVA/WV area!! He’s made buying a house the least stressful that it could be…and well, actually rather fun! Thank you, David!!

I can’t put into words how grateful we are that we met and had the pleasure of choosing our forever home with David. Buying a home has been our goal for many years however we kept getting turned away because we just weren’t 100 percent the perfect candidate until we found David. He listened to our situation and put us in contact with the correct parties that not only made it happen but I believe it was less than a month that we were closing and moving into our new home. He is very knowledgeable will always give a honest opinion but still following your direction at heart. If you are looking for a honest realtor that without a doubt puts the clients needs first then David is truly your guy. We had a great experience with David and Natalia Rotan. They make a great husband and wife team. They went above and beyond to make sure we found the right home. David is really professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! He understands all of the different areas in Northern Virginia. He made buying our first house a super fun experience. He would always point out the things that we might like or dislike about a house based on what we were looking for. All throughout the day we were in constant communication with David and Natalia about properties and asking different questions. David has one of what I consider to be the most important trait in a real estate agent which is PATIENCE! My husband and I are extremely particular when it comes to choosing a home (as I imagine most people are) and David was diligent throughout the entire process showing us house after house until we found the one that was right for us. He also went out of his way to make himself available at a moments notice, which is important in house hunting, as it is often imperative to act swiftly so as not to miss out on an opportunity. We would not hesitate to recommend him as an agent!
