Dave Hibbard has been my realtor for the sale of my townhouse! I reached out to him shortly after my husband had passed away to discuss selling but realized I wasn’t ready . He waited patiently for a year and in that year he continued to keep me updated on the homes that we’re selling in my neighborhood. When I contacted him to let him know I was ready, he proceeded to move into high gear and has been very kind, helpful and supportive in this process. He has handled all the details from the cleaning, photos, and the open house very professionally!! The open house created lots of interest and 3 days later I had 11 people interested!
