It turned out the knob on my heater was turned down. It likely happened when I was working around the heater recently. I asked him questions about the heater, and when I needed to be concerned. He answered my questions and was professional, patient and kind. I am glad that I called, even though the problem was something I could have resolved. Now I have a basic knowledge of when to be concerned. Being new to the area, finding reliable service companies is difficult. I have a sink that needs replacing and I will be calling you to install it later in the spring.

Had Dauenhauer plumbing come out for an issue with a drain line leading to my septic. The technician knew right where the problem was , snaked my main line leading out and had my home back to normal in less than 30 minutes. Very grateful. Great same day service . In one afternoon they were able to cut the tree roots out of my septic line and get it open again. This was a very cost effective solution compared to digging up the line through pavement in the driveway and into a a rock wall with steps.

Rob L., Sr., did a great job again for us and during our semi-annual inspection, provided some helpful education and suggestions for improvements. Thankfully he's been here before for servicing and handled a leak issue in the furnace last time that continues to be working well. The original leak led to costly repairs and an insurance claim for hardwood floors and wall on lower level. I'm very pleased with the outcomes.

I have a very mixed review. Dauenhauer arrived much earlier than the estimated time which was great, the tech was very nice and got to work on our clogged drain right away. He got it cleared, took longer than I would have thought but he fixed our issue. The mixed part comes with the mess he left us. I expected a mess in the bathroom where he worked but water ran down through the floor into the lower level of the house causing a new problem. I had water in my utility room and a spare room. We cleaned up the water, placed fans in the utility room to try to dry things out. This morning I have a very visible water mark, a line across the ceiling in the spare room. So they fixed the issues for which I called but now I have another issue to address.
