Dudes a complete ahole. I tried asking if I needed a designer because this was my first time working with the city requirements. And he gives attitude. Poor customer service. I'm betting he loses business quite often with that attitude. Don't waste your time.

Diaa was really helpful! He helped design my home and gave me great advice on where I could save money on the project and where I should invest properly. He took his time to explain what my project required to get all of the permits from the City. The plans were passed with only minimal corrections! One of the best experiences I’ve had with an Engineer.
