Tried phone number got talking to someone called Prianka who after repeating same simple question over and over just to check valid bus lane times inGt.Vic.St.Belfast Mon/ Fri. No way on this earth did she understand a word I was saying..so madam you want to know what time you get a bus..I give up..well no I don't until someone in infrastructure stops taking the proverbial..why go to the bother having cheek to collect wages..provide a decent service..please and thank you..oh and had to pay unjust fine as couldn't have the stress of it and couldn't get phone payments to work had to go all round the houses online..phone payment was option 1 to which silence and cut off many times..money for nothing..and nothing is the service Prianka gave me today ..wonder if I held on long enough would she told me translink bus time to Stormont with my little protest banner requesting local call centres ?‍?
