Our kitchen and family room went from the worst part of the house to everyone’s favorite space. CBA gave us absolutely brilliant spatial design that made the kitchen feel so much bigger on the same footprint. Amazing expert solutions. How do you turn an 1,100 square foot house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath into a 3 bedroom and 2 bath house without gaining or losing any square footage? The answer is hire Cynthia Bennett & Associates (CBA).

We hired CBA to remodel our house which was built in 1951. While the house was in decent condition it was in need of some upgrades and improvements, especially adding a 2nd bathroom. Even during the height of the COVID-19 shutdown CBA was able to make progress. From the creation of a design which would give us the 2nd bathroom we needed, to the installation of new doors and windows, to a completely new electrical system, CBA delivered outstanding results.

Their choice of subcontractors also contributed to a great outcome. Expert carpenters, electricians, plumbers and tile setters were used to turn our mid-century house into a modern home, one which is now the show place of the neighborhood.

CBA will give your project the attention you expect, they are highly ethical and they stand behind their work.
