I just had a great experience at Cycle Gear Orlando.
It's always iffy walking into a bike shop when you're female. The two default settings are usually being ignored or being condescended to. Neither happened here.
Everyone was polite and professional. I originally came for a pair of gloves but when I noticed the boot selection the salesperson worked with me to find the right style and size.
I walked out with boots and two pairs of gloves and I'll be going back for more.
The selection was great, the staff was helpful, definitely make this your local bike shop

I recently visited Cycle Gear in preparation for our first family ATV weekend, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Very professional people treat you good affordable prices and every order received on time. They have great deals on atvs jet skit and bikes their service mechanic are great as well I never have a problem with this place CYCLE SPORT CENTER ALL THE WAY!!!!

I've been a loyal customer at Cycle Gear for the past year, frequently buying gear for my rides. However, my most recent experience has made me rethink ever shopping here again. I purchased a pair of gloves and, within an hour of realizing they were the wrong size, I returned to the store to exchange them for a smaller pair. I was told that they wouldn't exchange the gloves because they had been "used," which I was never informed about at the time of purchase.

For a store that I’ve supported for so long, I expected better customer service and clearer communication. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide that I won’t be returning to Cycle Gear in the future.

Over the last year I have used this location for tire purchases and installation services. Every time that I have been in there the staff is courteous and helpful, the customer service is excellent. I was in there yesterday afternoon to purchase a tire, they had it installed in 20 minutes...obviously it was a slower time of day with no other tires ahead of me but they always go the extra mile to do the job right and promptly. Keep up the good work!
