(Robby Martin) I worked with Taylor on my retaining wall replacement, which was a very challenging project. The entire crew at Cutting Edge did an exceptional job, ensuring that all aspects of my project were done to the very best standards. The prep work (gravel, foundation, drain), were done perfectly and will last past my lifetime. I could not have picked a better company to work with. My retaining wall goes across my entire backyard and provides our family with an enjoyable flat space as we live on a hill. I highly recommend Taylor and Cutting Edge Lawn and Landscape!

We have been using Cutting Edge for just over a year, and are impressed with just about all aspects of our service. We've used 3 other lawn services in the past 3.5 years, and they are definitely the best! I highly

PROS:
- Dependable - they cut almost all weeks, even stopping by asking if we wanted service after torrential downpours
- Price - they are very reasonable for the services they offer
- Customer Satisfaction - they were responsive to my request to lower cutting height
- Quality - they always do a great job with edging
- Billing - emailed statements

CONS:
- Hedge trimming - they could trim more often, as they appear to trim only once every 4 to 6 weeks

Very unprofessional blew lawn clippings all over my newly washed/detailed car, then proceeded to not care. When politely asked to blow off my car, he sarcastically said it’s not my job and walk away. Wouldn’t recommend this jerk at all. Areas were also missed in the yard, very rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend this business at all.

The worst customer service! After screwing up my bill cycle and statements the owner Andrew V. would not take ownership of his mistake. He initially texted me instead of being a professional and calling me to discuss the matter. He then argued with me for 15 minutes after I called him saying the same thing repeatedly and blaming me instead of trying to resolve the matter. I ended up thanking him for his service in the past and telling him his service was no longer needed and he hung up on me. I still got a bill for the next month! If you are looking for a professional service look elsewhere.
