Recently, my company had a client who was told that she needed to have a wall check done at her property. My manager asked me to get in touch with a surveyor, and I ended up getting in touch with Mr. Anthony Currie.

Mr. Currie never explained the process to either myself or my manager- about how the paperwork would be sent to the city of DC, and that we wouldn't receive anything unless we specifically requested it.

Because my manager didn't know that, he requested I call Mr. Currie up and ask him for updates. So I called him this morning, and Mr. Currie was rude and condescending to me. He was breaking up really bad (presumably because he was driving and in the middle of an area with bad reception) so I asked him to repeat himself. He snapped back at me "Well if you shut up, maybe you'll learn something." and then the call ended.

I called him back, and he proceeded to raise his voice at me, called me rude for reaching out to him, and then, once I told him that he had been breaking up, reluctantly (and loudly) explained to me the process.

If we ever need a surveyor's aid again, I would not do it with Currie & Associates. The price was fair, but I have yet to have a pleasant conversation with Mr. Currie. Please learn customer service in the future.

I called them to get an estimate. I was going to hire them to come out and do a location survey for my home. When I asked if I needed to be home when they do the survey, he stated that I have to pay when they deliver the drawing. I asked about before delivering the drawing, and when they are doing the survey, if I needed to be home or how does that work, and he started shouting at me about how he needs to be paid when delivering the drawing and got really rude. I think if asking simple questions about whether you need to be home when they do the survey work and literally asking "how this works" gets a person shouting about getting paid, it is not a good sign. Needless to say, I did not use them.

If I could leave 0 starts I would, probably the most awful service ever. He did a survey and their are mistakes on it, he wont review it, he hangs up on you. I have 3 people trying to reach out and we are not being successful. Worst mistake ever to give Mr. Currie business. Truthfully this type of person should not be in business.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS FIRM! WE CALLED THIS FIRM A FEW MINUTES AGO TODAY, DURING OUR QUARTERLY KEY PLAYERS MEETING, TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE SCOPE OF ITS SERVICES AND THEY HUNG UP ON US - NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE - BECAUSE THE IDIOT WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE THOUGHT A FEW OF OUR STAFF ATTORNEYS WERE TALKING A LITTLE TOO LOUD (IN THE BACKGROUND) FOR HIM TO TALK TO US. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS NOTHING SHORT OF UTTERLY EMBARASSING TO OUR DIRECTORS AND FELLOW ATTENDEES; WHAT A RUDE AND ARROGANT S.O.B.! PLEASE BEWARE & STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, IN ORDER TO AVOID JERKS LIKE THIS!!!
