Our AC unit went out two months ago. In a building without the ability to open windows or access outside air, it's very problematic during a time in COVID. The building management has not resolved the issue. They provided us with very loud portable AC units.

As a construction company, we offered to help this issue. They weren't willing to meet us in the middle. All in all, we're very disappointed and can't wait to move out.
