CSA and Rod Sherry are amazing. I have used this company to do several surveys on different properties and they are prompt efficient and professional in every way.

I have grave concerns about the ethical, moral and professional conduct of this company. These concerns are based on a survey they completed in 2006 in which the survey revealed that the house, retaining wall and fence at 210 Craven Street Vallejo, California were on the adjacent property at 212 Craven Street. As the owners of 212 Craven Street and persons who ordered and paid for the survey, we expected the survey to be recorded in our names, Thomas and Sandra Lee. When we received the survey and discovered the entire survey was recorded in the name of the owner of 210 Craven Street, Ron Rohrer, we immediately contacted Cullen-Sherry Assn. to correct this error. When Cullen-Sherry Associates were notified, they quickly agreed to change it. They did not!

It was only upon completion and recording of the 12/5/2022 survey to recover the corner markers of the original 2006 survey that this failure was confirmed. This company engaged in illegal and unprofessional actions. I strongly advise anyone seeking the services of a survey company to choose a different company. Sandra Lee
