I was looking for a roofer to take off my 2 layers of old roof and install a new one. I called 4 roofers and got bids from all and I listened to each one and recomendations. CTI gave me the best price for what I wanted and with the same quality of materials I wanted. Jose gave me an excellent presentation of how they do their work. I said I would like the job done on certain time frame and I was called and told me it would happen on a certain day within that time frame and it did. I was told it would take a day to 1 1/2 days. Workers showed early in the morning and went to work. I was empressed with what hard workers they were and no goofing off. I watched their quality and how clean they left every thing when they finished. Their workmanship was very very good. I would recomend them to anyone needing a roof. My neighbor also had them come over and do his roof and he felt the same way about their workmanship deadication to their work. They ended up finishing my roof in one day. Jose didn't come back and say well we had to do this or that so the cost went up. Final cost was just as we were quoted in the begining.

I didn't watch them work but I could hear them the whole time. That crew worked non-stop for 5/6 solid hours solid! Then a pause and the next 5 or 6 hours I heard them tapping all the shingles down. When it seemed to be all over and the crew had saddled up and left, I went up on the roof and was amazed!! It was a beautiful job, well done and all within one day!! I couldn't be more pleased!!

I called CTI Roofing to get an estimate on a roof leak. Scheduling was quick and Jose provided a prompt estimate. There were a couple of missed repair times/dates, but this was a small job, and not an emergency, so I wasn't too concerned. The work performed came in below the estimate, and everyone we worked with along the way was courteous and professional

I called CTI to get a bid on my roof along with several other companies. I was late getting home from another appointment. The representative JP waited 30 minutes as i was stuck in traffic. He was very patient with me. His knowledge and expertise was very helpful and extremely important. JP checked out my roof and several shingles missing from the last summer wind and hail storm. Well long story short, I decided to go with CTI because of their experience, brand and product. Roof was done in 1 and half days and so far really great. I'm glad I went with them.

Struggling with my review of this company. On one hand, the employees have been kind and professional. On the other hand, there have been lots of issues.

1. They overcharged my insurance over $600 when replacing my roof two years ago. I caught the discrepancy and got it resolved.
2. I had a shingle failure within three weeks of installation in 45 mph winds. They fixed it, but should have been a sign of things to come.
3. Had significant damage in the Sept. 2020 windstorm in Davis County. Over two months later, CTI and their manufacturer are in a "he said, she said" battle over who is at fault. In the meantime, my roof remains damaged as winter lurks right around the corner. The roof materials and installation are both within the warranty period.
4. CTI is not seemingly willing to honor their warranty.
5. CTI should have repaired my roof immediately and done negotiations w/ the manufacturer to pin final blame and cost burden. Instead, as the homeowner, I am being asked to shoulder the cost of the repair and also to act as the mediator between installer and manufacturer.

The people have been kind; the company's way of doing business has left much to be desired.

Painless and Perfect
A couple of months ago we had a horrible storm blow through our town with high winds and large hail. We are an older couple and checked around the house and saw a couple of tiles in the yard, but we weren’t too worried. A nice fellow came to our door a couple of days later and offered a free inspection of our roof. He said that if it needed a repair, they would be happy to help us out. When their sales guy came to inspect our roof, we were shocked at the damage he found! He offered not only to place the claim with our insurance but to work with them in our behalf. Before we knew it we had a beautiful new roof that will last longer than we will need it. Their crew worked so fast it was done in a day. There were respectful of our property and of us. All in all I recommend them very highly.

CTI Roofing did a great job and it all went through the insurance. The roof was replaced. There were multiple layers to remove. All work was done in one day. They worked from sun up to sun down. The trailer was hauled off the next morning.

The whole process took two months. I only made payments when I received a check from the insurance company and paid the deposit to start the work. The insurance paid about half up front.

I worked with Jose Perez and he was very helpful during the whole process. He has a lot of experience working with insurance companies.

The new roof looks great. They did a good job of the clean up and I helped some with that. They also cleaned out the gutters some by scooping out debris from the old shingles and using a leaf blower.

I was referred to CTI Roofing by a past customer.
