We asked for an estimate on a kitchen remodel. Mike showed up, took all our information and measurements etc. Said he would get an estimate to us in a week or so. It’s been 2 months or more, no word from him. I believe it was not a big enough job so he dumped us. Beware to those that aren’t HIGH end type customers. He’s only interested in the big jobs. We have gone with DAVE’S Remodeling from Radford. Dave has been responsive, interested and courteous. He took the job and we are happy.

C&S construction is the most professional contractors we have ever used! We had them remodel a brand new house from the roof down to having the floors leveled!!! We were so pleased with his knowledge and ability we had Mr. Waller then construct 3 more homes for us. We would recommend C&S highly! We can’t emphasize enough the honesty and integrity shown by Mr. Waller and his staff!

C & S Construction is by far the most amazing construction company. The guys did an amazing job of installing our kitchen cabinets and the backsplash. Opie and Christian are the most polite and super installers that I have seen by far. The ladies in the office are excellent and very professional. I would recommend this company to do all your building work. Great job!!!!

C & S Construction did an incredible job of installing and wiring a new Customer counter in my reception area of my business. They were very accommodating and helpful in planning process and helped create an extra space so we can provide better service to our customers. They went above and beyond in being respectful while working during our business hours and was very thoughtful and courteous to our customers. Steven who helped with the design was able to help us get the countertop that we really wanted (Red Quartz) but it was priced above our budget for the project, Steven was able to find a provider that had remnants of the Red Quartz top from a prior job and was able to sell it to us as our budget originally planned for. Can’t say enough about the professionalism of this company and their team of employees. Give them a call you will be glad you did! 👍

Mike and crew built 3 homes for me this year. We started with another home that was built that he had to go in and completely remodel. All of these projects were completed in a year. If you are searching for a builder stop looking you are wasting your time. Mike was a man of his word and there at the drop of a hat if a problem came up. Be glad to share and show his work at anytime. Only problem you can have in any build or remodel is you didn't use C&S Construction.

I got with this company before covid to start a new construction. Then the prices started to rise and put it off. I then met with Mike to go ahead with the job and he was going to rerun the numbers haven't heard anything from him. I left a message for him that said if he didn't want to build it to let me know so we wouldn't waste each other's time. Got deleted from his app. So I can't say what kind of work he can do. I saw some other houses he built they looked nice. But couldn't get a timely reply.
