Cristan has been a fantastic realtor for us. We met him at one of the properties he was listing and I instinctively thought he'd be the right agent for us. We were moving to Tampa and were completely lacking in local knowledge. Cristan's knowledge of the region is outstanding. He also has immense knowledge about house constructions, materials, what drives costs, who the good builders are, etc. He has a very reasonable and analytical offer strategy and backed that up with effective communication with the agent on the other side.
