I could list lots of cool adjectives to describe Cristal. All good by the way. But, that is not why I or anyone should hire Cristal. My reason for hiring her, which proved to be correct, is very simple. She got the job done. And, she does it time and time again and with zero issues. I thought the agent selling my house in Virginia was doing an excellent job until I started working with Cristal on finding a property in Montecito. She brings professionalism and attention to detail to another level. She took the time to get to know my wife and I in order to find the right house for us. Although she had other clients I felt that she was working exclusively for me; my schedule not hers, promptly returning calls and efficiently managing our time together.
Once we found the right house she took her service to a new level. She was invaluable in getting us the property at a fair price and lined up an army of inspectors to ensure any issue with the property was identified and addressed.
