Crest Real Estate are literally the best expediters in the city. I’ve never seen anybody take a set of plans and put them through the city as fast as these guys can. They have all the relationships that anybody would need to make sure that their plans get approved as quickly as humanly possible. Don’t pay attention to the bad reviews. This company is outstanding to work with. They weee recommended by a well respected contractor we know and he really did us proper by introducing us to Crest. We go to them for anything that can possibly help with.

Really outstanding company to work with. Reasonable prices but it's their customer service, professionalism and expertise that makes you look forward to paying their invoice. We hired Crest to help us navigate the City of Santa Monica, advise our architect, and double-check our submissions in order to get our family's home build permits faster. We initially hired another permit expeditor, Westside Permits, whom we parted ways with early on because their impact was very minimal. We were then introduced to Crest by a builder who said: "Crest is not a luxury, they are a necessity." Crest has proven to be very effective throughout the process of building our family home. Jacquelyn was our main point of contact at Crest. She is responsive, proactive, professional, knowledgeable, connected, and very thorough. No doubt she helped us get our permits much quicker than we could have ever done on our own. And, bonus points because their initial price estimate basically matched our final total bill. they might be a good real estate agency, but their president jason is hella cheap man. I’ve delivered food to him, his order was few hundred dollars and was about 6 miles away. Initially, he tipped $8 or more (the platform only shows drivers tip amount up to $8, anything else over $8 is a surprise), but once the order has been delivered, he went back into the app and removed the tip. Perhaps even reported me for no reasons, so now I dont get offers from the same restaurant. If something is missing in your order, contact the restaurant, don’t blame it on driver, I’d much rather have the tip than steal your food, which eventually would lead me to loosing my only source of income.
So thanks Jason S for cutting me off one of the busiest restaurants and substantially dropping my earnings.
