Not clean! Not safe! They used to have security whenever staff wasn't there, then they stopped doing that and only have security sporadically. Roach infested, disgusting conditions. Homeless people off the streets living in the stairways, fights in the hallways between residents and homeless people . Just an absolute disgrace. Don't believe the *sskissers who rated the place high in their reviews.

The Crest Apartments is a newly built Eco friendly complex that houses around 62 tenants. It has onsite security and a management as well as social staff present non-fiction for our convenience. It borders Norms restaurant and has easy access to public transportation and numerous shopping establishments. All units come furnished with full bath and kitchens. It is a wonderful place to reside.

Worst place to live i did security in that building and i saw it all. Some tenants respected the rules half of them did not! The police would come ones or twice a week to deal with the crazy people. Main gate, main entrance door wouldnt work so anyone would come in. I would report every detail that had to be reported to the management and it seemed like they did not care

Currently former resident coming back to start over with the basics. These apartment allow you the freedom to do just that so you can become a stronger member of society.

I feel the up keep of the building can improve. That being said i also thank the people who live there. Need to respect the building a lot better. Clean up behind themselves.
