The carpets don’t get replaced or professionally cleaned before new residence. Our carpet had lots of stains when we moved in. It’s also a scratchy material. There’s pretty much no storage space in our 2 bed apartment. Closets are small and bathrooms are small. The kitchen barely has cupboards let alone counter space to meal prep. Pantry is super small and so is the linen closet. Sadly only a handful of apartments have a balcony and our isn’t one but the view is nice. Heating system is pretty outdated. All appliances are pretty outdated and cheap. We had to get a new washer and dry after just one wash and dry. Locks on door are pretty cheap. The apartment complex could definitely use an update. Office staff is pretty nice though. This is definitely an apartment for a single person or a young couple just starting out. Not necessarily a family. They do have a trash chute on each floor which is nice and a nice little park like area in walking distance.

I am entering into my second year as a resident of Creekside Manor and falling more in love with the place as the days pass. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, friendly environment this is the place for you!! Even though there is a shared hall, you rarely see or hear from other tenants, but when you do you're always met with a smile and a friendly wave. The trash chutes at the end of the halls are an added bonus, especially during these cold Alaskan winters. All in all this is a great place to live!

I’m on my 3rd time living at this facility. I keep coming back to anchorage on contracts and this is my go to location to live. It’s sometimes hard to get in because they lease units super quick, but it’s possible. I prefer 4th floor so that nobody is above me, but they only had a 2nd floor unit available so I took it. Unfortunately, through no fault of the owners, I happened to get the unit under a family with a small child with a LOT of energy. The child would run around the apartment endlessly and I heard (felt) every step. I talked to the manager and they allowed me to move to an apartment that had just opened up on the 4th floor. It’s awesome! I have zero complaints about this facility. The parking garage is great. I drive a Ram 2500 4x4 Mega Cab. For those that know what it is, you know it’s huge. I can park in the garage with no problems. The trash chute on each floor is super convenient. The units have older appliances, but they work just fine and the maintenance guy will get on things immediately if there are any problems. The carpet is nice quality and very comfortable on bare feet.

I also have yet to meet a rude or unfriendly tenant. Everybody is super nice and very friendly when passing in the halls or elevator.

Courteous landlords, and neighbors. The building is well-maintained, and if you are lucky enough to live on the 4th floor, on the backside of the building, the view is stunning. I've lived here since 2009, and find this to be a wonderful complex. I've never had to complain about neighbors, and whenever there's a problem with an appliance, I just call in the morning, and it's been looked at and either fixed or there's an explanation of how long it will take. Excellent management.
