This real estate office is exemplary. A rare find in the industry. Use them for your real estate needs. After much research from Naples, Fl, I cold called them after my home sold quickly. The receptionist asked important questions and linked me to Kenneth Wilder. In 20 years of investing in and buying personal homes, Mr. Wilder is an agent unlike any other I’ve worked with. He worked without us knowing and knew the market thru and thru. When we couldn’t find what we wanted, he took our problem to their team and they came up with a plan. This is the hallmark of the best type of agency that doesn’t just put agents at chairs to collect commissions, but rather an agency that works together because a client of one agent is a client of the agency. Remarkable group. And Mr. Wilder is a remarkable agent. Oh, and we can’t wait to move into our Winter Park home. Thank you all.
