I was trying to sell a house in bad disrepair due to my tenents.
I had been through four men who said they were interested in buying the property. They never returned their calls.
I was in a snit about men one day and Laura called to inquire about the house. I immediately thought "Girl Power". I told her yes and that it was ready for market .
