this company is the worst, they gave me a quote. when they started the work they said it was going to be more than the quote. i agreed to the new price, when they were half way done they said it was going to be more. i agreed to that. when they were almost done the said it was going to be more. i refused to pay more, i gave them a final payment. after i left the house they came back and dumped all the trash in my driveway. what a great way to run a business

We had four companies give us quotes for yard work in Chaparral Pines. The first three companies were ok and very nice. Creative Landscaping came out and reviewed our whole property. They found leaking drips, broken lighting connections, drainage that was in need of fixing, and were more thorough, professional and knowledgeable than anyone else. They made suggestions on cleanup and additional work to stop flooding off the hill behind us. We found Mr.Teague to be very professional, knowledgeable and he knew more than anyone else that come out. He took the time to explain to us what is needed. Others did too however Mr. Teague knew what he was doing. They are like yard surgeons! They even took notes as we discussed things. They emailed us a professional quote - no one else did that! We found them kind, smart and helpful! We hired them!

Our project was extremely overbudget and extremely late. At initiation, we were provided an estimate that went 30% over budget instead of the 2 weeks, it took 6 weeks. NOTE: The pavers in the driveway look great. So, if you don't care about budget or timeline, this is your landscaper.

Should have listened to the reviews. We had used this company many years ago and they did a great job. This time was totally different! They completely destroyed my lawn! My husband has maintained that little patch of grass for 20 years and it never looked like this! And Patrick didn't even seem to care! Even when he went back (grudgingly) to fix it, it still looked horrible! Dead in several spots and down to the dirt!

Creative Landscapers / Mr. Teague did not advise of an "estimate fee." Imagine my surprise when I received an invoice for $75.60 for an incomplete estimate. He will not be selected as the contractor as after some research I found he was NOT a licensed contractor.

When questioned Mr. Teague advised he does not work for free. Fair enough. He also does not advise of an estimating fee, nor does he advise he is an unlicensed contractor. I paid the invoice as I must maintain all of my accounts for professional reasons.

I would not contact ~CREATIVE~ Landscape and Design / Mr. Teauge unless you are fully committed to using an unlicensed contractor and or want to pay a fee for the estimate.

Next up? Contractor’s licensing board for contracting without a license.

You have been warned.

If you want to be over charged and lied to this is the company for you. They are not licensed in the state of Arizona or Payson as of 12/29/2015. Anyone with a real complaint should file it with AZROC (the arizona register of contractors) You may be required to submit all of your documentation if there is an investigation.
