Donna Brown was an outstanding buyer’s agent. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She found several houses that met our criteria. She was great at pointing out problems with houses that she noticed. On one occasion, she said, “As your agent, I recommend that you run, not walk away from this one.” Donna found a nice house that matched our needs. We were very happy to work with her in finding a home.

Beware before you get involved with Charlie Fowler. I rented a property from him for 3 years. Didn't have much contact throughout this time. Recently we discovered he was trying to sell the property after he brought potential buyers by to do a walk thru. We then decided to relocate since we were unsure of the future with the property. Charlie became angry at the fact and insisted we have to give him a 30 days notice. We didn't have a lease or contract at this point. The original lease and contract was for the first year only. We moved out with the rent paid in full, leaving the house clean and without damage. We then contacted Charlie and let him know we were ready to turn the keys in and get our deposit back unless he wanted us to stay longer and honor the 30 day notice. He said he would send a check by mail, and he did but he kept 2/3 of the amount for not giving a 30 day notice. This was very unprofessional and wrong in my opinion. I'm not sure it's even legal.

Brenda Hunt our realtor is Awesome! She came the day after our first call. We signed the contract on Wed, she got our house posted on Monday and by Tuesday of the following week we had a cash offer! Charlie is the absolute kindest, funniest, most professional agent in town. We are relocating from another state and he bent over backwards to help us get into a gorgeous home. He and Chris are super cool and down to Earth and truly take care of their properties and clients. Highly highly highly recommend.
