Chris found us our dream home and then sold our previous home in 4 days. Chris helped my husband and I find a house to rent, then helped us buy and sell our first home and buy our second home. Where to begin...Evan phoenix is, simply put, OUTSTANDING. If there is one thing that's really important to me, it's communication. Evan was always available, and we truly appreciated this as first time home buyers. Realtors are people, they deserve days off, we made it clear to Evan that we didn't expect him to be on 24/7 (especially during the holidays), but he was literally on 24/7. We could always count on him to answer our texts/calls/emails, and he was great about keeping us in the loop with the escrow progress. His friendly demeanor made him easy to talk to, he answered all of our questions (even my silly ones). We are walking away with a new home AND a new friend!
