I can’t say enough good things about Isaac, our community’s maintenance guy! He is always professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. No matter the issue—big or small—he responds quickly and gets the job done right the first time. His dedication to keeping the buildings in top shape is truly impressive, and he always goes above and beyond to help residents. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work, and it makes a huge difference in our daily lives. We’re lucky to have him!

My wife and I have lived here since 2021. Since then, management has been change numerous times; all the management companies were all terrible. In the last few months, a new management company took over that seems to know what they are doing.

As far as the living space, I have nothing to say but good things about it, you do get what you pay for. The community amenities are okay. However, the location is A plus, everything you need is about a 5-10min drive.

Tenants seem to stay for at least a year, there are always tenants moving in and moving out. The lease has almost maintained the prices from 2022; with a $50 increase every year I would say. Gas and electric are about $100 a month, I think the units are pretty efficient. We are considering staying another year but that will depend on how much the prices get raised when we sign our new lease. It would be nice if you could sign a longer lease but we’ve been told 13 months is the max length you can sign.

We have truly enjoyed living at Coventry! The newest property management is on point and has been nothing but genuine & helpful. For us, some of the setups are just not feasible with a toddler. All the doors have handles and the stove is gas. So all of those things our baby was able to figure out before 12 months old. That’s not a complaint by any means, just a personal preference. Everything here has been hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had!

This only gets a one star because it’s not actually possible to leave a 0 star review. While the house itself is decent, the management is beyond horrid. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to my worst enemy. They’ll lie to your face and say it’s ok to park in areas and then have your car towed using a tow company located 40 minutes away costing you hundreds, management will refuse to answer your phone calls and emails when you try to find a resolution, and they’ll post an inaccurate bill to your account resulting in late fees and notices of pay or vacate. To say that we have been unimpressed is an understatement and I wish we had found a different place to move into.

Truly, it seems like they’re running a scam and trying to milk every penny out of us as possible. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Spacious, well maintained townhomes. Management is professional and responsive. Any maintenance or repairs are promptly addressed.
Pet friendly is an added bonus!

Honestly just moved in and they made it super easy! The pregnant girl was amazing and helped me and my wife out a lot with breaking everything down and the walk through of the place. They had 2 things that we saw and they fixed them before we moved in! Love the place.

The apartment itself is nice, especially when you compare it to the price of local complexes. Relatively nice apartments! However, getting in touch with management is like pulling teeth ever since Redstone took over. The property manager is nice enough, but the office hours haven't been updated to reflect the dates and times she's actually there. You can call, text, and email every piece of contact information they have and it'll be nothing but crickets. Luckily, maintenance is timely and responsive when they are needed, haven't had any issues with them at all. If it wasn't for Redstone, this would be a 4 star review!

We are happy with our new home, we lived here 2 years ago and then we moved to another state but we love being back at Coventry Townhome. It is close to shops and gives quick access to the freeway. The New Management is very kind always they’re ready to help you, the townhomes are very modern and clean. We love to live here!!
