Cuts corners, uses the absolute rock bottom subcontractors, staff is clueless, very shady "accidental" bills showed up in my construction draws, zero follow through. I wouldn't have Alan build an outhouse on my property. Don't fall for the talk, once you sign the contact it's all about profit for him.
