We hired Cortech Construction to build out and completely remodel one of our commercial buildings in the Riverside area. John was easy to work with, reliable and extremely professional throughout the entire project. I have worked with many contractors throughout the years and can confidently say John has an eye for detail that is unrivaled. In my experience, contractors seem to get projects at 90% completion and the punch list is always a nightmare to get completed. I never had to chase Cortech to show up, perform or follow up to get the project over the finish line. We were very pleased with Cortech's performance, quality of work and the project turned out absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend Cortech Construction and plan on using them again in the future.

Cortech did an outstanding job with our climate controlled room build out. No hidden surprises, no hassle. Honest people that do top shelf work. The finished when they said they would finish, at the price they quoted. We could not be happier with the build.
