This company was great when initially installing our new roof and even when the roof leaked a couple of weeks later, they came out promptly to fix it.

The roof has a 6 year warranty, so when the same spot started to leak water inside (to the point that the drywall has a water stain), I figured we would get the same quality of service.

Unfortunately this has not been the case, as it has been 2 months since I initially reached out. I left a couple of messages a few weeks apart, until finally on the third phone call I was able to get in touch with someone.

She put me through to the owner, who would assure me they would figure out a solution.
Unfortunately it has been 2 weeks, plenty of rain and no one has come to address the issue.
The water stain has only grown in size.

I used to recommend this company to everyone, I won’t be doing that anymore.
