Cook Builders are a fantastic company. They have built several projects for me - and I'm always impressed with their quality and hard work. They are honest and easy to work with. We have built projects together for over 12 years - and look forward to many more.

It was very stressful at first when we needed to look for a general contractor to build our new office. We are blessed as we have found Cook Builders online. Not only is the project done, but Nate Cook has made it a very pleasant experience for both of us. Nate would meet with us weekly plus anytime upon demand. He was attentive to our needs and to the details of the construction. He would give his true opinions and shared his expertise in the entire construction process.

We also found all of Nate Cook's subcontractors very professional (e.g. cabinetry, flooring, electricians, plumbers...) . In summary, the whole team at Cook Builders is made up of decent and very honest people. They provided quality work as well. We were able to relax and just waited for the jobs to finish in a timely manner; even though the project called for more than 6 months of waiting, it went by fast!

We had 8 general contractors to bid our project, and Cook Builder's fell into 1 of the 3 lowest.

P.S. Nate Cook never ask us to write a review for his company (maybe he realizes that we are overwhelmed with our move. :)). However, I decided to do this because we feel that there might be people like us before--stressing out in searching for a contractor... Hopefully, the information can be helpful.
