Crew showed up on time, and were very professional. Chris, Isaac, and Marcos did an excellent job replacing my A/C and furnace. Didn’t get the name of the plumber that installed my H/W heater, but he was also outstanding!

On 12-17-2024 an HVAC Service Tech (Mark) came to my home to check on a Heat Pump Wiring Issue. This issue cases the back up emergency heat to run and not the normal heat pump. It came up on a home inspection that there was issue with the Heat Pump. Mark came and marked everything as totally fine. Then left with two wires totally unplugged then sealed back up under the cover, which we didn't find until later (when we needed another company to come out and look at this). They advised it looked to them like someone left these intentionally to get some more work down the line. If you look back through their it looks like there are similar complaints to this this year. I was then told by the service manager, who wouldn't call me, that he wouldn't work with me. I had to call back to ask to speak to a service manager. I spoke with Jerry, who was polite on the phone, although he did think this was my fault for not knowing that his tech didn't properly fix the issue that he said he fixed. I only had another tech come in because of an outrageous BGE Bill, because how am I, who isn't an HVAC tech supposed to be aware he didn't fix the issue if my house is still getting warm by the emergency heat? He then said he would send his tech out to fix it, but why would I want them to come back to my home when they clearly were at the very minimum careless with a very expensive home appliance, if not intentional about leaving wires unplugged to wait for the warranty to expire?
Overall, all I asked was for them to cover the repair, which should have been found/fixed/covered in the first place when the tech came out on 12/17/25 (and they wouldn't)

The installation team, Steele and Dakota were awesome. They removed my old heat pump system, put in a brand new one, left absolutely no mess behind and did it in 5 hours. The guys were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am so happy so happy with my new equipment.

Yesterday I received a email notifying me my constellation bill of $63.90 was due by May 4. Today I received another email indicating my bill was past due. When I called customer service, I very clearly explained the issue. The representative indicated she didn’t understand what I was saying and what was my question. I do t know how much more clear I could be. I would think the first thing she would do is ask for the acct and look it up. She persisted she didn’t understand the question. Turns out I didn’t receive the bill notice for April and the just doubled up the bill for April/May. Had she checked the acct in the first place, the confusion could have been avoided. BTW, I don’t understand why constellation started billing my HVAC/Hot water Heater bills separate from my regular bill. Makes no sense and just makes for more paperwork, and NO I don’t want auto billing. I like writing checks!
