I can’t thank Luke enough for all of his efforts to make sure I found the perfect location for my business. I had been trying to navigate finding a place on my own for almost a year before reaching out to Cone. That was a BAD IDEA. During that time, I found multiple places but without professional representation, I was left at the mercy of the landlords. As a result, I dealt with being ignored, taken advantage of, lied to, and just treated poorly. I got close to signing a lease on one of them only to realize the landlord was taking gross advantage of my lack of knowledge about the building process.
