They have provided excelent service, keen insite on local markets and actually took the time to understand my realestate goals. My reviews keeps getting deleted and yes Sean did do business with our family on Empresa Ln. All we are asking is for you to actually contact us and make things right I will be more than happy to delete this review. Sean refused to show up for listing appointments AND OPEN HOUSES. HE REFUSES TO GET YOUR HOUSE APPRAISED BEFORE LISTING IT. My house was listed extemely low to where my neighbors were coming over and asking what’s wrong?

I do not want to bash comfort realtors as a whole due to his lack of work attention and behavior. This review is a reflection on Sean only. We worked with other realtors from his office and they were very pleasant. Mind you they had ZERO CLUE WHAT WAS GOING ON OR ANY DETAILS REGARDING OUR HOME. Nonetheless it was not due to them not caring but due to a boss who solely cares about HIS Commission AND HIS Commission ONLY.

Buyer and seller beware. Sean has been nothing but a nightmare to work with. He refused to get the home appraised first before listing calling it a “pricing strategy”. He listed the home extremely below market value. He refuses to listen to any wants or concerns especially for sellers. He takes advantage and ropes you into a contract with manipulation and lies. When you contact him regarding your concerns he will dismiss you and laughs directly in your face. Zero communication skills and will not answer when you call. Extremely frustrating and you cannot trust him to tell the truth. He is nothing but a nightmare to work with do not use him or comfort realtors.

Motivated to leave this review due to continued and intentional dishonesty about a condo’s “impeccably maintained” description listed by Rebeca from Comfort Real Estate Services Inc. Yes, the buyer backed out due to several serious issues found during the home inspection incongruent with the property’s description. The condo is located at 1132 Corte Riviera in the Spanish Hills area of Camarillo, 93010. CRMLS #V1-22191

Does “impeccably maintained” describe a property with one or more active termite infestations? How about if there’s so much termite damage to the Pergola that the termite inspector suggested tearing it down and the deck below too? How about the home inspector finding evidence of an active water leak in the master bath identified by a moisture-stained ceiling in the garage that had an 88.2% moisture reading? How about the window in the master bath not closing so it can be locked? Same thing with the sliding glass door in the master bedroom. Maybe early indicators of a structural issue? One more thing, the shared wall in the backyard is cracked and leaning like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Estimated repair of the wall alone is $20k. And why hasn’t that been done to this “impeccably maintained” condo? That wall could injure or kill a child or pet if it were to fall!

After the buyer backed out, this condo description discrepancy was brought up to Rebeca from Comfort Real Estate Services Inc. And, I was told that she responded carelessly. Rebeca could have revised the description yesterday but decided not to and lowered the listing price by $500. If you’ve read this far, I couldn’t recommend getting a home inspection more. And, of course, buyer beware!
