Colony construction is paving the streets in my neighborhood! Today as I was leaving to go to work one of the employees stopped me and informed me that I had a flat tire. They also filled the tire up with air and chew led to find where the leak was coming from! I still need to get the tire fixed but I was able to get to work on time! I am so incredibly grateful for the three gentlemen who took the time to help me when they didn’t have too! I unfortunately did not get their names but I will be forever grateful! Thank you for going above and beyond! I’ve never gotten a flat before so I’m really not sure what I would have done without them in that situation!

They are in our neighborhood paving and we are totally impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. They are doing a great job. They used these rings on the manholes that raised them for the new pavement. That is great! When you ride down route 360 between Hicks Road and Chippenham when you ride over the manholes, it feels like you hit a deep pothole! Kudos to what appears to be an excellent company!

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the fantastic work that Colony Construction did on the roads in Richmond and especially Goshen St and that whole area. I was amazed by the professionalism, level of service, and quality work of Colony Construction. They went over and above for New Life Church in Farmville, VA. Matt Stone stayed in constant contact with me throughout the entire process, informing me of what was happening and how and when we would be impacted so we could make necessary preparations.

Scott Claude, the owner of Colony Construction gave Matt the green light to do the job and “make it right” regardless of the cost. Our church received several “early Christmas presents” from Colony Construction this year. Some of those gifts included a new concrete handicap ramp, a new concrete sidewalk and curb, a concrete slab under our car port, extensive patching and repairs, plus they spread gravel on our driveways at our other two properties with the extra gravel that was left over.

Some times you don’t get what you pay for. Other times you do get what you pay for. Then there are those rare occasions when you get a lot more than you pay for. Thank you Scott Claude, Matt Stone, & Colony Construction for paying it forward and passing your “good year” on to us. Your generosity did not go un-noticed. I am truly humbled by your level of service and for doing much more than than we paid for or previously agreed upon. May God continue to bless you and your business as you have so generously given to us.
