Right from the start meeting Colin I knew I was in good hands with searching of what I hope will be my forever home!!! He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and I must say very patient with me as this was my first experience in buying a home!! Even when it came to questions I had that should have gone to the lender etc. he didn’t waver or pass me along to them….he found out the answers I needed and helped me understand what I needed to know. I felt I could completely trust him. He made what I thought would be a difficult process seamlessly. We were able to close in about 2 weeks!!! And within that time he showed me the house I bought 3 times along with another property. For every showing he was always there ahead of me ready to greet me with a smile and prepared for the showing. Once it was time for the closing I was ready because of him and felt confident in my decision!!! I could go on and on but I now have to pack and get moved LOL. Colin is the best!!!
