Wow. I've bought three homes in my life. Chris Coley has been by far THE BEST agent I've had on my side. He understood what we wanted and looked for great options to present. He was always ready to go see homes even if they were not on our list for the day. That's actually how we found the home I just bought. As we were about to finish our day after seeing about 4 properties a house popped online as being "close by" and Chris was the one who said we should go check it out. We did and we put an offer right then and there we loved it so much. Chris was fierce and aggressive negotiator. He did not back down and was able to get us an awesome price and a lot of extras! No other agent has been able to do this for me. I usually feel I'm the one being aggressive fighting for my money alone.... not the case with Chris, he was fighting more and pushing the selling agent!!! Chris was with us EVERY step of the way. He guided me more on the process than even my loan processor. I could not be happier with the house that I bought. I love it! Trust me, if you pick Coley Properties you will be in good hands!
