As a neighbor of one of the properties they manage, they do not screen tenants properly and will allow violent people in their units. Even with MULTIPLE families complaining they refused to do anything. This wasn't the first time neighbors called the cops on him either.

I complained originally about the man in early September. Over the weekend, I was assaulted by the tenant while he was trying to puppy-nap my 14 week old pup.
