Our friend referred us to Robin Payne back in June, and we couldn't be happier with her services. We're planning to relocate to Tennessee next year, and Robin has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. She's sent us numerous listings and has always been quick to respond to our questions, whether by text, email, or phone.

We're currently in Tennessee, and Robin spent three full days showing us homes all over the area, including Dayton, Niota, Cleveland, McDonald, and Athens and surrounding area. Jan Lambert is so capable, calm and helpful. Even though she knew I wasn't ready to purchase right away, she continued to educate me in the last year, including an in-office tutorial on all the paperwork involved. SO grateful for that because buying property is intimidating. Knowing each step better made it seem more possible.
