I highly recommend Mike Donnelly! Our commercial property came complete with generations worth of stuff that needed to be removed, a renter that would not pay rent or vacate the property and a myriad of other challenges. Mike walked us through each obstacle and went above and beyond the get the property in the best place possible for the sale. He was kind, patient and a pleasure to work with. We have bought and sold a number of homes over the years and have benefited from good realtor experiences each time. However, DEBBIE MADEROS delivered a level of service with respect to the home that we just bought that raised the bar to a whole new level. It began with her patience with us as we slowly learned the market and narrowed down what we really wanted (she was great at helping us clarify our vision as we shared what we liked and didn't like about any homes we viewed and then sifting through possibilities for us so as to not waste our time). She was never pushy (and even helped us to reason our way away from some properties that we initially liked) but was extremely helpful in helping us to put into words what we really wanted. She was invaluable in guiding us to put in offers and counters for a home that we didn't get and then ultimately on the home that we did purchase; we were thrilled with the outcomes. Beyond all that, her communication through the process was what really stood out; she applied her vast experience, knowledge, contacts, and determination to insure that our every question was answered by anticipating the possibilities and needs of each stage of the process and making sure we understood them, were fully informed, and able to move through the process confidently and timely. My fiance and I are first-time home buyers and relied heavily on our agent, Carli K., to help us understand the process and what we should include in our agreement. Unfortunately, she is inexperienced or simple don't care. After we moved into our new home, the previous owner's RV is still on the property. It should have been recorded in our agreement of when it should be moved, because it has been over a month since we moved in and it's still on our property. The previous owner claimed that they attempted on getting a tow company out to the property but because of the rain, they couldn't tow it. They said they will have a friend come out and again same thing. There was a whole week of sunshine and they waited till it started to rain again to attempt on towing the RV. We contacted our agent about this and instead she told us to contact the listing agent directly. There was a few more hiccups along the way but the RV is the main issue. This experience of buying our first home did not go smoothly like we expected. 🙁

My step mom recommend this real estate company since I was looking for homes for sale in Chico. This neighborhood is so great and I was excited to move here but was on a smaller budget. coldwell took care of me and they never rushed me to hurry and close on a home. They always updated me on the new homes in Chico giving me mls listing access. Great realtors here who really care.
