Rosewood is stupid. All the people are extremely rude. A fat white man in a green shirt is mocking homeowners while he lives near the address near 25541 and 52225 in Rosewood, La Quinta. He's sent by Satan.

We bought our home 1 1/2 yrs ago and immediately found out our AC unit is to small for our size house. They refuse to fix this problem along with many other issues we’ve had (cracking grout, huge cracks in the walls, windows have huge air gaps so TONS of dust gets in and MUCH MUCH MORE). The newer built homes (that our are floor plan) have the correct larger size AC UNIT. We are in contact with an attorney. It’s beautiful area but save the head ache and purchase elsewhere.
