I have lived at The Bryant in OKC for almost 2 years now and haven't had any problem. All of my maintenance requests are fully done within a couple of days. They have regular bug spraying, they will send out an email or text stating what day. Over this last weekend my a/c started blowing hot air and they came this morning and changed the filter, cleaned the interior unit, and had an A/C repair company recharge my compressor outside. It is a great little community with a pool, volleyball court, playground, small workout area, and a dog park. It's gated but we really don't need it here since there has been no crime from what I know. Rent for my one bedroom is about 890$ don't know about the two bedroom, but it is well worth it. Washer and dryer in the apartment so you don't have to pay, dishwasher also. They have small community activities like pool parties and little giveaways. Management in the office here are really nice and remember your name, the maintenance guys are really friendly and respect your privacy. No complaints, they even worked with me one month for rent when I just got fired for taking a sick leave at Costco. If I could rate higher I would but 5 stars is not enough. I really appreciate you all!

I've lived in my townhome for nearly 8 months, and it has been a pleasant experience. My neighbors are courteous, the lawn care is kept up often, and I have had nearly no issues with my residence. Any issues I have had were fixed within the same day or the next. Management and maintenance reply promptly and get the job done quickly. Sharon was very understanding when it came to issues I have had in the past and I've always felt like I was taken care of from touring the townhomes to now. I highly suggest using CMC for any future needs!

I have lived here 6 months and the lady, Sharon, was really nice and the property is nice, however…… during the months of July and August 2023 my upstairs has been burning up as the vents have no air running through them. I filled out a maintenance fort on line and nothing has been done after a bunch of follow up communication. I’m having to threaded to void the contract because of their failure to maintain the property. I pay $1350 a month here and will not pay till the air conditioner is fixed upstairs. They seem to not care about fixing anything so I’ll make this grievance public.

I just moved in almost two weeks ago and I love it here! The staff have all been super friendly and helpful! So far they have kept up with any maintenance I have needed in a timely manner. Glad to have a maintenance guy that doesn't make you feel uncomfortable, so thank you Bryant!

I have rented two separate properties from CMC Asset Management over the past 2, going on 3 years. With both properties, management has been amazing and has addressed any and all issues in a timely manner. From having Justin Torrey as our landlord to now having Sharon Guzman, our experience has been pleasant, and they have extremely easy to work with and very understanding. In the Fort Smith area, finding rental homes with landlords that respected young couples like us was a complete nightmare until we discovered CMC Asset Management. We have never had any issues or felt like we were looked down upon in any way, shape, or form. Any maintenance issues have been taken care of quickly. Lawn care is done frequently and the workers have always been very respectful and careful with our outdoor plants, furniture, etc. When we first moved into our new development, management went to bat for us to make sure we got WiFi and mail routing sorted out when no one else could seem to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property!

Maintenance fixes issues within 1-2 business days. Front office is always willing to help if the issue can be resolved with them. I love that the area has playground, swimming pool, and volley ball court. Friendly neighborhood and a safe environment

The idea of renting has always been terrifying to me. It’s like all you hear are horror stories about landlords, unclean units, unreachable maintenance.
That is not the case with these guys at all and let me tell you, it has brought me so much peace. There have been MINIMAL issues since we’ve moved in and each little thing has been fixed within the next day but usually the day we call it in. Truly outstanding management and the friendliest staff as well!
