Cloud Nine Construction Co. installed a shower in my guest bath and we have had nothing but problems. The shower backs up to my hall wood floor....within a short time I noticed bubbles appearing in my wood floor and I contacted my floor person....bubbles in the wood is water damage! By means of attempting several solutions to no avail, we have had to tear down and redo after only 3 1/2 yrs. We realized the leaking has to be an issue under the floor....finding that the drainage pan was put in wrong, so it drained out around it in one of the corners! The Cloud Nine owner, Gilbert, refused to assist when I wanted to find out who installed the glass doors as we were trying to attempt to have more reap holes drilled, thinking that might help drainage! His response was, it's no longer under warranty! You don't care about a warranty when your trying to fix a leaking problem damaging your wood floor! The attitude of the owner was uncooperative. Cloud Nine's installation was not done correctly and has had cost & headaches in our attempts to fix! No stars or recommendations from my experience with Cloud Nine Construction and the owner!

Gilbert and his crew remodeled our primary bathroom and it is amazing. Gilbert is very customer and detail oriented. During the work, the entire crew were very attentive to detail, respectful, and maintained a very clean work area. The bathroom was cleaned daily and the entire crew was diligent and cooperative during the work. We are so thankful to Gilbert and all Cloud Nine employees for our beautiful new bathroom and a fantastic construction experience.

We had a wonderfully experience using Cloud Nine Construction for our master bath remodel. Gilbert was so helpful with design ideas as we were trying to increase storage and create a master bath which will accommodate us as we age. Everyone that was sent to our home was respectful and excellent in their specialties.
We love our master bath so much we are having Cloud Nine remodel our other bathroom and any other upcoming projects.

Gilbert and his crew do excellent and detailed work. They were very professional and courteous to us and made sure the work was done right. They consulted us when adjustments we're needed, and found the best solution to go forward and to finish the job right. They even improved on the work the original construction crew did not do such a good job on. Overall, we were very happy with the work Gilbert and his crew did. Gilbert also has a great eye for design in addition to his construction knowledge. He uses only quality subcontractors and inspects all work to make sure everything was done well and with high quality. Gilbert also patiently answers all questions big or small. I appreciated his attention to detail and his high standards. I enjoyed his respectful crew and was very comfortable having them in my home.

Central Distributing referred us to Cloud 9 to upgrade a home decorator fireplace to one that will warm the house. Another contractor told us we could not upgrade our fireplace to actually heat the house. Gilbert was very experienced and innovative. His team was extremely respectful of our home and pleasant while working on the project. The pricing was fair and the project has been a complete success! Cloud 9 made the impossible possible! We will consider cloud 9 for all future home improvement projects
