My mother who neighbors an oxford house on oriental ave has received much help to the gentlmen next door. They are attentive and quiet and helpful they try their best to abide by all the rules and honestly do a great job and being upstanding men I have witnessed an elderly man walking his dog and just walk up and yell and cuss at these men and be harassed on several occasions because he didn't like they were playing ping-pong in their garage with the door open not being loud atall that's just 1 of many times they have been harassed and they were so respectfull and just shut their garage and didn't yell back at this elderly male
, and they have helped my retired mom bring her trash in and check on her. I feelblessed that that she has these gentlemen living next to her. Sadly due to some entitled elderly retired people complain to the HOA and way overexagerate insignificant things because they are bored and love to discriminate against anyone who is not 90 years old my mother has decided that if that's how people are treated here discriminated against that she will be leaving and she has had no complaints about this oxford house herself we were skeptical because we didn't know what to expect but God bless all these young men who live in this oxford house on oriental ave. This neighborhood is not a retirement community ? there are many young family's and young people that rent and own here. So with that said if your young DO NOT LIVE HERE DO NOT BUY OR RENT HERE because it's ugly how people are treated even though they are respectful and attentive and cautious there will be mean people here and will harassed you because ethey are bored and just discriminate flat out. So God bless this oxford house and I pray the HOA here is ashamed and pitifully it's truly sad.
