We had an excellent experience with CLIF10 Design. Rich brought immense experience and a great design aesthetic to the process. He listens and incorporates the owners ideas into the design but he is also careful to point out potential issues or lost opportunities. He worked with us through many iterations, always pleasant and responsive to ongoing design changes. The end result was amazing. We are living in our home now and could not be happier with the outcome. The design is highly functional, takes full advantage of the site, and presents well to our neighbors. We have worked with architects in the past, but have never had the relationship or project success that we experienced with Rich. We highly recommend CLIF10 Design.
