I met shawn earlier this year, very nice at first, we bid his project, he then hired us to do the work. Upon starting the project both Shawn Brock and his wife Donna Made changes to the project . We both agreed to them. No pricing was discussed, just a verbal and text conversation agreement to all changes and to get the job done with what was needed.
After the final bill was sent and adjusted because it had changed so much, He then takes your bill and decides what he is going to pay. He then sends a lien waiver and asks for it to be signed, and returned and if it it not, he then holds out for months and months on payment.
Would not recommend doing business with them. 0/10 rating, very disappointed with how he conducts business.
