They promise something and do some other. With there construction neighbours have so many problems. They will not listen to the owner.. what they want in there house, simply they give other ideas, and will not do,
They charge extra after the work finishes.
When the work start they were ok with neighbours, when they finish there work and go away… without cleaning or painting the neighbours house.
They will promise they will do it after the payment they get from the owner.
After 2 years also they will not paint the neighbours house.,,when you call them … just they tell in 5 minutes I will call you back…. That 5 minute never ever comes to them.
I waited 3 years afterwards, I my self done the painting and he told he will pay it. But till date he did not call nor pay for the painting
