Unclean, things aren't maintained. If you have a compact car, you should be ok but if you have a medium/larger car, be careful of parking spaces. Even if they're open, they might not be for large cars and the spaces aren't even updated to be labelled as such (i.e. a space might be for compacts, but doesn't indicate). Some of the EV spaces don't work, and overall it's not a greatly kept garage, but it is useful for when you wanna park somewhere to go to the restaurants evenings. Parking here after 6pm is best, and walkable to the eating/shopping areas.

Usually a nice time, but the parking authority is malicious. There are a lot of unwritten parking rules that they wait for you to break then write you a ticket. No chance of negotiating with them as they are eager to apply a double penalty and send it to a collection agency ASAP.

Good. Big structure. Bad. There's only one path up and down. If you're on the 5th floor plan on sitting in your cat 45-60 minutes until you can get out.

This is a nice (relatively) clean garage that I like to use for evening parking when I'm having dinner after work. It is free and very easy to get in and out of on a weeknight.

The permit parking spaces are available after 5pm, great for dinner parking. But one person backing out can back up traffic significantly.
